I have already went through the article from the Sambad yesterday. It is regaretted that Mr.Uttam Kumar Pradhan, the retired government officer knows every loo fool of government. He has not mentioned the name of persons who did not like to shift the office of Paschim odisha bikash parisada to Western Orissa. Now,when Western Orissa isburning with the flame of Sindhol Project and people of Western Orissa are awakening to create a separate state of Koshal,Mr.Pradhan opines that if this state created eastern orissa will be drought in the lack of water if checked the water flow of Mahanadi supported by other rivers of Western Orissa. This is one type of warning to Eastern Belt.As Mr.Pradhan after retirement resides at Bhubaneswar he is warning the people of Cuttack/Bhuabneswar of to us ?God knwos. This article should have been published earlier inview of so important informaations to us .I request kkd to invite Mr.Pradhan to his home districat Bhawanipatna supporting KKD to achieve the goal of Separate Koshal State.
